These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and gk24bd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of all services, products, and features available at gk24bd.net. These Terms apply to all aspects of the Platform, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, fishing games, bingo rooms, promotional offers, financial transactions, and customer support interactions.

By completing the registration process and creating an account on gk24bd, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a supplementary policy, these Terms shall prevail unless the supplementary policy expressly states otherwise.

• You are opening only one account in your own name and have not previously had an account closed by gk24bd for a breach of these Terms.

gk24bd reserves the right to request identity documents at any point to verify that a player meets all eligibility requirements. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by the gk24bd compliance team may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

To access real-money games and betting markets on gk24bd, you must register a player account by completing the gk24bd registration process accurately and in full. You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on gk24bd. All account balances are maintained in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). gk24bd does not support multi-currency accounts. If a deposit is made in a currency other than BDT, it will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, and a conversion fee may apply.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method that has previously been used to fund the account, or to a verified method registered in the same name as the gk24bd account. gk24bd does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods belonging to persons other than the registered account holder.

Deposits made to a gk24bd account are held in a secure, segregated player funds account. gk24bd does not use player funds for operational expenses. In the event that a deposit is credited to your account in error, you are obligated to notify gk24bd's support team immediately and must not wager those funds. gk24bd reserves the right to reverse any erroneous credit at any time.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to interact with the Platform, including placing bets, claiming bonuses, or manipulating game outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, or pricing mistakes in sports betting markets. Any winnings generated as a result of an identified technical error are void and will be removed from your account balance.

• Engaging in any form of chip-dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated wagering intended to circumvent the Platform's anti-fraud systems.
• Providing false, misleading, or outdated information during registration or during any subsequent identity verification request.

Where suspicious activity is identified, gk24bd reserves the right to freeze account funds, request additional verification documents, and report activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

You may request the closure of your gk24bd account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, gk24bd will process any pending withdrawals of verified real-money funds before closing the account. Bonus funds that have not met their applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

gk24bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 of these Terms.

Where an account is closed by gk24bd due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be handled in accordance with gk24bd's internal compliance procedures and applicable law.
